Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. To initiate a return, please contact us at [info@oregain.pk] with your order details.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used/opened products

• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is approved, only the product cost will be refunded.
